Welcome to Arounds, a mobile application operated by AROUNDS LLC (“Arounds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your access to and use of the Arounds iOS application (the “App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to these ToS, you must not use the App.
Arounds is a hyper-local intelligence platform that enables independent curators (“Curators”) to create, organize, and share specialized collections (“Curations”) featuring Properties, Places, Events, News, Businesses, and other miscellaneous items.
Curators may make Curations publicly available in the App or share them privately via codes or links. AROUNDS LLC provides the platform technology but does not create, edit, verify, or endorse any content contained in Curations.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases, including a monthly subscription currently titled “Premium Monthly” (“Premium”).
Premium and any other paid features in the App are sold exclusively through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Payment for purchases made in the App is charged to your Apple Account. In connection with those in-app purchases, AROUNDS LLC does not receive or store your payment card or billing details. This does not limit AROUNDS LLC’s ability to collect payment information for other products or services offered outside this App.
Before you confirm a purchase, the App displays the subscription title, length, and price (including the price per period). By purchasing, you authorize Apple to charge that price to your Apple Account.
Premium renews automatically at the then-current price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal price will be shown to you by Apple.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. If you cancel, you keep access to Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, access reverts to the free features of the App.
Refunds and billing disputes for purchases made through the App are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and policies. AROUNDS LLC does not process those refunds.
A subscription is associated with the Apple Account used to purchase it. You may restore prior purchases on another device by signing in with the same Apple Account and using the Restore Purchases control in the App. We do not transfer subscriptions between Apple Accounts.
Free use of the App may be subject to limits described in the App (for example, a daily message allowance). Premium provides the additional access or features described in the App at the time of purchase, which may include higher or unlimited messaging. We may change free-tier limits or Premium benefits; material reductions for existing subscribers will be handled consistent with Apple’s rules and applicable law.
We may change subscription prices. If we do, Apple will notify affected subscribers where required and may ask them to agree to the new price. If a subscriber does not agree when consent is required, the subscription will not renew at the new price.
If we suspend or terminate your access to the App, or if we discontinue a subscription or the App, your right to use Premium ends at the time of termination or at the end of the then-current paid period, whichever applies, subject to Apple’s refund policies.

AROUNDS LLC does not verify, fact-check, edit, or endorse any Curations or content available through the App.
All information in Curations is provided solely by independent Curators. Curators may use large language models (LLMs) or other AI tools to assist in creating content. AROUNDS LLC has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Curations, whether created manually or with the assistance of LLMs or other technologies.
You must always verify information directly with the Curator before making any decisions based on Curations. AROUNDS LLC disclaims all liability for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or misrepresentations in Curations.
The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AROUNDS LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
By submitting or creating Curations, you grant AROUNDS LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your Curations within the App.
The App may integrate with third-party services (including mapping, location, or data providers). AROUNDS LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AROUNDS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AROUNDS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AROUNDS LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Sections 2, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
We may update these ToS from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated ToS.
These ToS are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these ToS shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
