These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rounder application operated by AROUNDS LLC.
Rounder accounts are created and managed by AROUNDS LLC outside the app. Access is limited to solicited users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use Rounder only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You will not use the service to create or distribute illegal content or to operate in a manner that violates regulations applicable to your industry.
Rounders own the data and models they create or configure. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content and information you provide or generate. You must have all necessary rights and permissions for any materials you include.
We provide the platform. We do not train our models on your data and we do not sell your data. Each Rounder can appear as a private experience inside the public Arounds app.
Rounder owners may be responsible for subscription or usage fees associated with their Rounder and associated users. Payment terms are agreed separately outside the app.
Users may request deletion of their own account from inside the app. Rounder owners may manage membership of users within their Rounder. Deletion requests are processed subject to any legal retention requirements.
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AROUNDS LLC disclaims warranties and limits liability for damages arising from use of Rounder.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
