AROUNDS LLC (“Arounds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Rounder application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with Rounder.
Rounder is an authenticated application. Accounts are created and managed by AROUNDS LLC outside the app for solicited users (for example, real estate professionals, dealers, wholesalers, and other local experts). Users sign in with credentials we provide. We do not offer public self-service account creation inside the app.
We collect and store information necessary to operate Rounder, including:
We do not use data from Rounder (or from the public Arounds app) to train our own models, and we do not sell personal data.
We use the information to provide, maintain, and secure the Rounder service, manage accounts and permissions, support Rounder owners and members, and comply with legal obligations.
Rounders own their data and their models. We provide the platform; you control the intelligence you create.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the service under appropriate protections, or when required by law.
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account from inside the Rounder app (Settings → Delete Account). Upon a valid request we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, compliance, or legitimate business purposes. Rounder owners may also manage membership within their Rounder.
We implement reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
